Exodus 90: Journey Into Freedom

Men at Our Lady of Mount Carmel enter into the 90-day experience of Exodus 90 to regain freedom from worldly attachments and grow as brothers in Christ.  

The next organized journey through the Exodus 90 experience will begin on January 17, 2022, leading up to the Easter Triduum. This experience is available for adult men only (18+ and post-high school).

We host a "Call Out" session 1-2 weeks before the start of each Exodus 90 group where you can come learn about the experience from men who have completed it multiple times, hear witnesses of how it impacted their lives, and ask any questions you might have. Organized groups begin every January.
